Overview

Bradford was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1480, by Shtigneng Shuzoreth Senior. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Shtigneng Shuzoreth Senior.

Bradford was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bradford is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Bradford is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive packed earth streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Bradford 's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Bradford 's monster and outlaw focused fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Right off the bat Bradford hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The influx of wealth has brought with it an influx of relaxation. Everywhere you look people are enjoying their prosperity in a slow, casual, and deliberate manner. There’s no rush for anything anywhere you look.

POI

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Bradford was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Bradford . The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Bradford lost 162 people, 399 livestock, and 50 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 61, when members of Bradford 's militia enacted an operation to liberate a particular vault from the enemy. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Bradford 's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Bradford 's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
